I've lived many lives

I grew up in a small town in Ohio, but I've worked on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. I've been a touring rock musician, but I also graduated from Yale, twice. I've led hundreds of music-based addiction recovery workshops, helping people find themselves through creative expression when nothing else worked. I ran one of the largest COVID response sites in Los Angeles.

What isn't on my resume is my hardships and failures. The startup I led that failed. My marriage that ended. My struggle with sobriety.

My greatest achievements and proudest moments are also not on my resume. Watching my children grow into the people they're meant to be. Finding a soulmate.

I am an expert at resilience because I've fallen down so many times. I'm an expert at reinvention because I've gone through so much change. I'm a coach because I believe we're all in this together, and we can't do it alone.
